Membership is offered subject to availability and service area, and any minimum term is confirmed before you join. Visits are booked in advance, with materials charged separately and larger works quoted separately. The scheduled visits are part of looking after the home and are not exchangeable for cash. Priority booking means earlier access to available slots, not same day attendance as standard.
